📋 Description

• Monitor P&L indicators for brands and products, supporting action plans focused on performance and profitability; • Monitor and analyze business indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, market share, margin, profitability, and portfolio performance; • Track product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, identifying optimization opportunities; • Monitor launch performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions as needed; • Support decisions on optimization, expansion, or rationalization of product and brand portfolios; • Develop pricing analyses, competitive positioning assessments, and portfolio performance reviews, producing strategic recommendations; • Support the development and execution of tactical plans related to value capture and portfolio evolution; • Conduct market and competitor analyses and identify business opportunities; • Collaborate with Commercial, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure execution and results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; • Proven experience in Product Marketing and Portfolio Management; • Experience monitoring P&L and financial indicators; • Experience in sectors such as sports nutrition, supplements, food, beverages, or consumer goods; • Knowledge of market intelligence tools (e.g., Scanntech, IQVIA, or similar); • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools; • Experience in market analysis, pricing, and portfolio performance evaluation; • Experience working in high-growth companies and dynamic environments.
