📋 Description
• Identify audit and quality-control scope areas across Yardi transactions, accounts payable, journal entries, rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, lease data, bank reconciliations, offshore team output, workflow adherence, financial reporting, and data governance • Define and report success metrics and KPIs, including Yardi error rates, audit completion, finding resolution, offshore team quality, repeat findings, and stakeholder satisfaction • Evaluate internal controls and identify financial and operational risks • Prepare audit summaries and internal corporate reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field • 3–5 years working directly in Yardi Voyager across accounts payable, GL, lease administration, or reporting modules • Strong accounting foundation to identify GL coding errors, misclassifications, and reconciliation discrepancies • Experience with CAM reconciliation reviews and rent roll auditing highly desirable • Ability to write and run custom Yardi reports, including SQR or Yardi Report Writer experience • Detail-oriented with high tolerance for transactional review work • Advanced Excel proficiency • Experience with Yardi or similar systems • Knowledge of GAAP and ASC 842 • Familiarity with NOI, IRR, and cap rates • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills • Fluent in English • Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST)
