📋 Description

• Assess project maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for compliance • Maintain custom PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up, and organization of project management activities • Provide guidance on implementing the chosen management methodology and review project management deliverables • Support project managers in complying with IT Governance rules • Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource requirements • Prepare and maintain project plans, track activities, and provide regular accurate reports • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources and review corrective actions when deviations are identified • Define and manage the change control procedure, securing agreement for project revisions from sponsors

🎯 Requirements

• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies, including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, or SCRUM • Certification in one of these methodologies is a plus • Excellent capacity for writing clear and structured documents • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Good ability to give high-level presentations and facilitate meetings • Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment • Rapid self-starting capability and experience working in a team • Understanding of the needs, objectives, and constraints of other disciplines and functions • Experience using the M-365 toolset, including Excel, is required • Experience using PowerBI, Power Automate, and JIRA is required • Advanced English
