📋 Description
• Facilitate Scrum events including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and backlog refinement • Help the team follow PM² agile principles and remain aligned with agile ways of working • Remove impediments blocking the development team’s sprint work • Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and clear user stories • Encourage team self-organization • Document the team’s agile way of working • Improve collaboration and communication within the team and with other development teams • Monitor sprint progress using Jira boards, burndown charts, and sprint reports • Coach the team and organization on agile practices, Scrum roles, and continuous improvement • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and retrospective improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies including PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, and Scrum • Certification in one of these methodologies is a plus • Excellent ability to write clear and structured documents • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies • Ability to give high-level presentations and facilitate meetings • Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment • Rapid self-starting capability • Experience working in a team and understanding the needs, objectives, and constraints of other disciplines and functions • Experience using the Microsoft 365 toolset, including Excel, is a must • Experience using Power BI, Power Automate, and Jira is a must • Advanced English • Availability to work remotely from the EU • Availability for two planned trips to Brussels • 6-month project duration
