📋 Description

• Manage dashboards across multiple platforms to efficiently process and deliver corporate end-users' requests • Process customer orders accurately within contracted SLAs, following established procedures • Communicate with clients and internal teams in English (Mon–Fri, 11:00–20:00 Kyiv Time) • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Implementation, and Client Support teams • Utilize internal software systems to accurately document all support activity • Identify errors and discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when needed • Stay up to date with current mobility technologies, internal processes, and client requirements • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume order processing, data entry, or operations • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher: you communicate confidently in writing and verbally with clients and teammates • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems • Excellent time management and prioritization • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar tools • Ability to capture and document processes clearly • Strong analytical skills — able to spot errors and derive insights from data • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Nice to have: customer support experience and English-language client communication • Nice to have: ServiceNow experience • Nice to have: background in mobility / telecom — we're happy to train
