📋 Description
• Assist the Implementation team with tasks related to implementing new customers into brightfin software residing in ServiceNow • Collaborate with Technical Implementation Leads to identify, create, and analyze customer designs • Participate in project calls to collect and document detailed technical requirements • Align with Professional Service, Developers, and Product teams on program solutions • Assist in developing Test Plans and Test Scripts • Participate with QA and test software functionality before client UAT; document findings • Assist with troubleshooting issues • Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of brightfin software capabilities and functionality within ServiceNow • Work with the Implementation Team and other brightfin departments to identify process inefficiencies and streamline delivery of brightfin best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a graduate degree program in a technical or related field, or equivalent work experience • Mixed experience as a QA/TBA (Quality Assurance/Technical Business Analyst) • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile methodologies • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manipulate data effectively • ServiceNow experience is a plus • Team-oriented, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks • Positive attitude and professional demeanor • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Effective written and verbal communication skills for project communication at all organizational levels • Ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Candidates are subject to a background check • Must adhere to brightfin’s Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures • Must be a Ukraine Private Entrepreneur (FOP)
