📋 Description

• Own, scale, and maintain the Figma design system from scratch • Maintain internal design resources as reliable defaults for development • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for complex SaaS, enterprise/B2B, and data-heavy dashboard products built on ServiceNow • Drive UX research proactively and independently, including user interviews and usability testing • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights despite limited in-product analytics • Recommend and adopt tools, including AI-assisted tools such as Claude and Claude for Design • Automate compliance reporting, including VPAT and ADA reporting • Prioritize redesign projects based on research findings • Create interactive prototypes, screen mockups, wireframes, user guides, one-pagers, and product documentation • Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to validate design decisions against real product outcomes • Articulate and defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams • Consider HTML/CSS constraints and front-end engineering feasibility when designing solutions • Work Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM Kyiv Time, with a 1-hour break

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of shipped, real-world products • Advanced Figma proficiency, including building, scaling, and maintaining design systems from scratch • Proven end-to-end design experience with complex SaaS, enterprise/B2B platforms, and data-heavy dashboards • Independent ownership of UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing insights • Experience working in resource-constrained settings • Strong stakeholder management skills • Ability to articulate and defend design rationale to leadership and cross-functional teams • Advanced/fluent English for day-to-day collaboration with US-based teams • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS constraints and front-end engineering feasibility • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms (preferred) • Experience producing product documentation such as user guides and one-pagers (preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proactive, self-directed approach to research and process improvement • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple design initiatives • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with Sketch or Adobe products • Must be a Ukraine Private Entrepreneur (FOP) or otherwise eligible as an OOC Ukraine Private Entrepreneur • Candidates are subject to a background check • Must adhere to brightfin's Information Security and Privacy policies and procedures
