📋 Description

• Design, develop, and upkeep Python-based backend services • Create and oversee CI/CD pipelines for efficient and dependable deployments • Optimize and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora • Establish and manage message queues with RabbitMQ for seamless service communication • Monitor and resolve issues across the stack to ensure performance and uptime • Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to introduce new features and enhancements • Adhere to security best practices in all systems • Contribute to release management processes and work closely with QA and Product teams to ensure stable, frequent deployments • Thoroughly document workflows, service architecture, and deployment procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience backend development • Solid experience working with RabbitMQ or similar message queuing systems • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora, including performance tuning and backup strategies • Strong working knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Comfortable in Linux environments with strong scripting ability • Experience with Docker and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and branching strategies • Demonstrated ability to use **AI tools **(e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, documentation, and problem-solving. • Strong understanding of security, networking, and system reliability • Experience with serverless architectures in AWS • Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems • Knowledge of Redis or other cloud-native services • Background in fleet management, logistics, or transportation software is a bonus!
