📋 Description
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Brightside’s client app • Design and optimize client journeys that drive activation and engagement • Build experiences that bridge digital and human support • Define and implement engagement loops • Partner with design, engineering, data, and operations teams • Use data and user insights to improve engagement and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of product management experience • Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing or engagement-driven products • Strong product judgment • Experience driving user engagement and measurable impact • Strong cross-functional leadership skills • Experience in fintech, health, or service-driven products is a plus
