• 8-10 years of business development experience with a well-recognized technology-based sales and marketing driven company, reseller or distributor • Proven track record as a sales hunter with experience in complex solution selling and major account management • Extra consideration for experience in AV, digital signage, digital advertising, or business solutions product lines • Familiarity with multi-tier distribution channels including VARs, distributors, dealers, POP display companies, and system integrators • Strong communication and negotiation skills; adept at leveraging social media and digital tools for outreach • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Hoovers, and LinkedIn • Organized and detail oriented in opportunity tracking and other administrative tasks • Genuine enthusiasm for BrightSign products and helping customers create impactful experiences
