📋 Description

• Own Education (Experience Curriculum) analytics, including go-to-market insights, retention, and financial analysis for the curriculum subscription/ecommerce business • Help optimize the broader customer journey across Post-Sales • Meet regularly with Education stakeholders to understand data needs and translate metrics and analyses into actionable recommendations • Develop and maintain Education and Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau • Track Education retention, go-to-market insights, and customer-health KPIs • Own and maintain weekly business review source files and underlying pipelines • Ensure business leaders receive validated, goal-aligned reports

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role • Preferably experience with subscription, ecommerce, or other Post-Sales domains • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and data manipulation • Experience maintaining data models with data transformation tools such as dbt • Business intelligence and visualization experience with Sigma or Tableau • Experience creating and maintaining data models and pipelines serving as a single source of truth for Post-Sales reporting • Experience building and owning dashboards and reports in a BI tool • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and translating technical information for all organizational levels • Demonstrated fluency using AI to automate workflows, accelerate analyses, and build reusable tools and data infrastructure • Availability during standard US working hours, any 8-hour shift between 9am EST and 8pm EST • Salesforce experience is a bonus
