• Monitor and analyze compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to the gaming industry. • Conduct regular audits to assess compliance risks and recommend practical mitigation measures. • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and findings for internal use and regulatory inspection. • Collaborate with various departments to help ensure compliance with applicable laws and best practices. • Stay informed about changes to laws and regulations affecting the gaming industry and update policies accordingly. • Provide support during regulatory reviews and audits, ensuring that all requested information is readily available.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, law, or a related field (or currently pursuing). • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role, preferably in the gaming and betting sector. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks relevant to gambling and casino operations. • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies. • Proficient in compliance management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
