📋 Description

• Lead project management activities, including project planning, creation of work breakdown structures, and change management control • Manage scope throughout all phases of the project life cycle • Maintain accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, and status reports • Ensure achievement of project milestones • Lead execution of multiple projects or manage an entire program • Act as lead communicator with internal and external stakeholders regarding expectations, resolutions, and prioritization • Interact professionally with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts • Learn from project retrospectives and apply lessons to future projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects. • Experience in NetSuite ERP implementations • Suite Success methodology experience • PMP certification is a plus • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills • Initiative and self-motivation • Ability to deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines for internal and external customers • Location requirement: Panama
