• Develop training content and programs focused on sales techniques and point-of-sale (POS) execution • Train promoters and field teams in customer approach, sales messaging, conversion, and product merchandising • Deliver in-person and online training sessions across the region • Plan training schedules according to commercial priorities • Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs • Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results • Ensure the standardization of approach and execution practices at the POS • Support special activities, product launches, and campaigns with targeted sales-force training • Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators and tracking field team progress
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields • Previous experience training sales teams or promoters • Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry • Experience delivering both in-person and online training • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite • Availability to travel • Ability to develop content, standardize POS best practices, and improve field team performance through strategic training
