• Develop training materials and programs focused on sales techniques and in-store execution at the point of sale (POS); • Train promoters and field teams in approach, sales argumentation, conversion, and product presentation; • Deliver in-person and online training sessions within the region; • Plan training schedules according to commercial priorities; • Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs; • Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results; • Ensure standardization of approach and execution practices at the POS; • Support special activities, product launches, and campaigns with targeted salesforce training; • Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators and by tracking the development of the field team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communication, or related fields. • Previous experience training sales teams or promoters. • Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry. • Experience delivering both in-person and online training. • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Availability to travel; • Ability to develop training content, standardize best practices at the POS, and improve field team performance through strategic training.
