• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields • Previous experience training sales teams or promoters • Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry • Experience delivering both in-person and online training • Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; proficiency with Microsoft Office • Availability to travel • Ability to develop content, standardize best practices at the point of sale (POS), and improve field team performance through strategic training
