• Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas, electrónica o carreras afines • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia entregando soluciones sobre plataformas CCaaS • Experiencia con NICE inContact o CXone y manejo de la herramienta Studio Scripting Tool • Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas de Contact Center: ACD, IVR, QM y WFM • Inglés Avanzado (C1) indispensable
