📋 Description
• Driving large-scale, complex projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Creating and implementing project policies, procedures, and quality control standards. • Establishing budgets, controlling costs, forecasting expenditures, and managing risk mitigation strategies. • Communicating project status, risks, and ROI to executive leadership, while managing relationships with clients and internal partners. • Analyzing operational efficiency and developing solutions, to streamline workflows. • Mentoring and guiding project teams, delegating tasks, and managing Broadcom and customer project resources.
🎯 Requirements
• Requires 10+ years of project management experience, often with a focus on cross-functional, large-scale projects. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) are often preferred. • 1-3+ years of Mainframe Software project management experience required. • Advanced knowledge of project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project). • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Experience supporting enterprise customers running IBM Z / mainframe environments. • Experience with migrations/transformations involving DevOps, AIOps, security/compliance, or data management solutions aligned to mainframe ecosystems.
