â˘Become an ambassador for the clients you are recruiting for. â˘Meet with each member in your department (client) to gain as much insight as possible. â˘You MUST nurture and continue to invest in your clients department. â˘Is an important function to keep recruiters needs synced to online campaigns. â˘Assist in recruitment of tailored candidates with proper social bearing and skill set for the client at all times- build that rapport, trust and relationship. â˘Must embrace unconventional methods in interviewing techniques, how to unveil a candidate to identify their true nature. â˘You must login DAILY to our custom built CRM and track, update and view candidates. â˘Weekly, you will log interaction with the client, your associated thoughts for the candidate, where you feel they are, and how to reach them. â˘You must advocate and defend our unconventional and innovative company culture. â˘Develop innovative interview strategy plan to advocate for your clients hiring needs as well as company culture. â˘Collaborate with your team! â˘Essential to adapt rapidly to assist in urgent hiring needs. â˘You have the freedom to get your own clients- read that again.
â˘At least (1) year of recruiting â˘Your own laptop- we are getting there financially, but not without you. â˘Must live in the United States- sorry to our peeps overseas, we love you. â˘No degree necessary- we will take attitude, drive, determination, will to succeed, risk taker over an overpriced piece of paper that does not define you. No offense- I have a degree :) â˘No travel necessary, until we grow and we have trips to the Bahamas. â˘You must be willing to get new business . â˘You must be okay with being a 1099 contract (100% commission) recruiter. â˘Work day is yours to determine- we pay for value. â˘We train you, we provide tools, we provide leadership at your fingertips.
