📋 Description

• Deliver highly visible, front-line support for field service activities at customer sites • Perform maintenance and repair of products in line with company standards • Conduct fault-finding and troubleshooting to resolve or escalate issues within agreed timeframes • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety standards during service activities • Provide detailed feedback and compile clear, concise reports for customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of field service experience in a related industry, ideally in a customer-facing semiconductor environment • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude • Ability to interpret technical documentation, including drawings and electrical schematics • Familiarity with Ethernet and serial protocol connections; proficient PC skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Willingness to travel within EU and US for training • Full, clean driving license
