• Après avoir suivi une formation interne, à l’étranger et en France, vous serez responsable du support technique de nos clients. • Cette mission consiste à apporter un niveau de support et d’accompagnement élevé à nos clients qui incluent : les installations, la formation client à l’utilisation, les maintenances curatives et préventives ainsi que le support téléphonique. • L’ensemble de ces opérations seront réalisées directement sur site client, le poste est donc itinérant par nature.
• Diplôme de niveau supérieur en chimie, biologie, biotechnologie ou discipline connexe, ou expérience équivalente • Solide formation technique ou scientifique acquise en industrie ou en milieu académique • Permis de conduire valide • Aucune restriction de visa ou de déplacement vers l’UE ou les États-Unis • Maîtrise courante de l’anglais (niveau B2) • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris des systèmes de données et des systèmes d’exploitation standards • Aptitude à diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et à résoudre efficacement les problèmes techniques des clients • Excellentes qualités relationnelles, capacité à instaurer la confiance • Forte motivation personnelle et esprit d’équipe • Goût pour l’apprentissage continu dans un environnement technologique en évolution rapide • Adaptabilité et autonomie dans le travail quotidien
