• Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive regional market expansion. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships. • Understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services. • Present and promote products and services to prospective clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and drive results. • Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding business portfolios. • Knowledge of the San Antonio market. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
