📋 Description

• Familiarize with specific instrumentation before installation using issued documentation and/or factory final testing • Liaise with customers and colleagues during site planning before installation • Inspect, install, set up, test, and bring systems and accessories to specification at customer sites • Deliver basic operator training • Perform breakdown and planned maintenance at customer sites, potentially including 24/6 callout • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and colleagues directly or through remote diagnosis • Perform procedures to validate systems to certified standards • Provide technical input to the sales team in non-routine sales cases • Support Clinical and LifeScience products manufactured or represented by Bruker and its partners • Maintain accurate records and submit documentation promptly • Report to the Service Manager Italy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in scientific engineering, chemistry, physics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Solid technical or scientific background gained in industry or academia • Several years of experience with Clinical or LifeScience technology • Ability to independently install and commission advanced instrumentation • Experience training users on equipment operation and basic usage • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues • Good computer literacy, including familiarity with data system hardware and standard operating systems • Fluency in spoken and written English (minimum C1) • Ability to work independently and within a team • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation • Commitment to continuous learning • Driving licence valid in Italy and the EU • Willingness and ability to travel internationally within the EU and USA • CV provided in English
