📋 Description

• Provide national service and support on-site for NIR and MIR systems and other technologies • Install, repair, maintain, upgrade, diagnose, and relocate systems • Integrate analytical instruments into processes • Integrate analytical systems with networks and dedicated software solutions • Familiarize users with instruments and applications • Support the remote-solution center when needed • Support in-house repairs on request • Assist with service-relevant document generation when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable experience • Solid technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics; ideally optics as well • Solid knowledge of modern PC and network standards • Field Service experience • Proven track record in NIR/MIR and remote diagnoses is a plus • Fluent in German • Solid English in speech and writing • Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility • Willingness to travel several days per week • Frequent travel and overnight stays are required
