📋 Description

• Provide national on-site service and support for MIR and microscopy systems and other technologies • Install, repair, maintain, upgrade, diagnose, and relocate analytical systems • Integrate analytical instruments into processes • Integrate analytical systems with networks and dedicated software solutions • Familiarize users with instruments and applications • Support the remote-solution center when needed • Support in-house repairs on request • Assist with generating service-related documentation when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable experience • Solid technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics; optics knowledge is ideal • Field Service experience • Solid knowledge of modern PC and network standards • Proven experience with MIR and microscopy systems is a plus • Experience with remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a plus • Fluent in German • Solid English in speech and writing • Self-responsible working and time management • Flexibility and willingness to travel several days per week • Frequent travel and overnight stays are required • Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach, responsibility, and team spirit
