• You support companies in the implementation or migration of our payroll solution • You analyze existing payroll processes and develop optimized workflows together with the client • You translate payroll requirements into system configurations • You assist with complex payroll-related accounting questions • You conduct workshops and training sessions for users • You work closely with IT, product development and project management
• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally with construction payroll • Strong knowledge of payroll tax and social security law • Experience with at least one common payroll system (e.g., SAP, DATEV, P&I LOGA, ADP, etc.) • A good understanding of payroll processes and interfaces • Comfortable with digital tools and able to quickly and independently learn new software • Solution-oriented thinker with a quick grasp, professional and communicative demeanor, team-oriented and advisory competence • Willingness to travel occasionally (rarely required in practice) • Very good German language skills
