📋 Description

• Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client-facing meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and touchpoints throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Deliver consistent and accurate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including bswift leadership. • Identify and address project risks, escalate appropriately, and take necessary measures to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. • Proactively manage challenges and keep projects on track. • Ensure clear understanding of client requirements across the delivery team to meet and exceed client expectations. • Consult with clients on best practices and recommend system or process changes aligned with their goals. • Stay current on bswift technology and industry trends to make informed recommendations that enhance client service strategies. • Oversee configuration, testing, and auditing activities; assign deliverables according to the project plan. • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately across all workstreams. • Monitor delivery-related work activities across internal teams to ensure all Scope of Services are delivered effectively and on time, including payroll, communications, and other implementation services. • Ensure complete process documentation is provided and properly transitioned to ongoing support resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (required) • Must have current or previous experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods • 7+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office products • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with internal, external, technical, and non-technical stakeholders • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client and broker relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving skills • High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, organization, accuracy, and thoroughness • Ability to take initiative and approach challenges with resourcefulness and innovation while maintaining high quality standards.
