📋 Description

• Identifying relevant YouTube and social media trends to develop new formats • Designing and iterating video formats, scripts, and storylines • Production and post-production of video content (YouTube & social media) • Using modern editing techniques and motion graphics to increase watch time and engagement • Creating click-enticing titles, thumbnails, and video descriptions (SEO- and CTR-optimized) • Managing and technically implementing livestreams • Analyzing and monitoring relevant KPIs (CTR, retention, views, engagement) • Continuously optimizing workflows and processes within the video team • Close collaboration with editorial staff, presenters, and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in video production, YouTube, or social media content • Strong understanding of YouTube mechanics (CTR, retention, watch time) • Good sense for trends, formats, and storytelling in the digital space • Experience with common editing tools and motion graphics • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style • Interest in Bitcoin, crypto, and financial topics • Motivation not only to produce content but to actively improve it
