• Experience in the financial industry or in customer-facing roles • Experience in telephone sales / telemarketing • Sales-oriented, energetic, and motivated personality • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly telephone manner • Articulate and open-minded • Experience in tele-sales is an advantage • Experience in a performance-driven environment • High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and goal orientation • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for telephone-based customer contact • Comfortable working in a strong team environment • Determination, resilience, and ability to work in a team
