• Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process • Creating job postings • Pre-screening applications • Obtaining references • Scheduling interviews/appointments with candidates • Supporting HR administration from onboarding to offboarding • Performing various administrative tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment • Knowledge of processes and their interrelations across the entire employee lifecycle • Strong service and client orientation • Independent and quality-focused working style • Preferably basic computer/IT skills • Excellent written and spoken German • Career changers welcome; no prior experience required
