📋 Description

• Design software tools and systems specifications for delivery teams to implement • Build proof of concept systems in low-code environments • Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical specifications for the Development department • Support the definition of systems and architectural standards under guidance from senior team members • Resolve technical incidents, problems, and queries requiring solution design • Escalate complex issues appropriately while taking ownership of mid-complexity problems • Identify and evaluate AI tools, including LLM APIs and automation frameworks, for client and internal solutions • Collaborate with the internal AI team to translate capabilities into client-facing designs • Collaborate with clients to identify and implement smart automation and AI tools for customer workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent practical experience • At least 3 years of relevant work experience • Ability to work independently with moderate direction • Advanced English, written and conversational • Technical documentation and specification writing • Basic JavaScript ES5 knowledge • Service-Oriented Architecture fundamentals • PaaS platforms • SQL, HTML, and CSS • Configuration languages: XML, JSON, and YAML • Modeling techniques: ERD, UML, and ad-hoc diagramming • Software Development Lifecycle, including CI/CD • REST API design and GraphQL basics • Distributed architectures and microservices concepts • Security architecture principles • Enterprise architecture concepts, including IAM and MDM • Enterprise Integration Patterns and EAI frameworks
