📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain backend services supporting financial transactions and integrations • Develop transaction processing, reporting systems, and backend workflows • Work with APIs and third-party integrations in the payments or financial ecosystem • Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across services • Support deployment and monitoring of services in a cloud-based environment • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into working features • Build and improve customer-facing functionality related to transactions, balances, and financial data • Refine system flows to improve performance, reliability, and user experience • Participate in planning, code reviews, and team discussions • Improve system design, development workflows, team efficiency, processes, systems, and performance • Support additional engineering or product initiatives as needed • Take ownership of tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development • Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with deeper specialization in backend systems and architecture • Solid foundation in programming, system design, and problem-solving • Hands-on experience building and integrating APIs, backend services, and cloud-based systems • Familiarity with modern development tools, frameworks, and environments, using any major language or stack • Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native is a plus • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to different tools, frameworks, or environments • Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile, or evolving environments • Exposure to fintech, payments, or financial systems is an advantage but not required • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
