📋 Description

• Provide field-based client advice for industrial and commercial insurance • First point of contact for all field-related matters • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and experts • Support the inside sales team with tenders • Maintain customer data in the system • Account management and expansion of the existing client portfolio • Prepare and follow up on annual review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen) or a relevant university degree or equivalent • Strong commitment to customer service and a passion for client-focused work • Comfortable with a strong team spirit and our family-like working environment
