📋 Description

• Committed team player focused on customer satisfaction in the field • First point of contact for all field-related matters • Identify and tailor individual insurance solutions for industrial and commercial clients • Negotiate with service providers, insurers and independent experts (e.g., loss adjusters) • Support the inside-sales team with tender processes and maintain customer data in the system • Provide ongoing customer care and develop existing accounts • Prepare and follow up on annual review meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification • Strong passion for customer care and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction • Comfortable with a ‘we’ mentality and able to thrive in our family‑oriented working environment
