📋 Description

• Own and drive our product vision, strategy, and execution as we scale • Lead a small but high-impact Product team and work closely with the founder, CXO, Engineering, Growth & Success, and Operations • Translate the company strategy and ambitious vision into a product roadmap • Foster a shared understanding of the product’s direction and secure buy-in across all stakeholders • Partner closely with Engineering to ship clean, durable solutions, no heroics required • Build a team that does its best work anywhere, a quiet home office to a borrowed desk near the sea

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product or Design roles, ideally across consumer apps, marketplaces, hospitality, or social/community • Track record of owning product strategy and driving prioritization at a company level • Demonstrated experience leading Product Design from discovery to delivery • Experience working in a consumer tech start-up or scale-up environment • Proven ability to ship and iterate on successful digital products • Experience working with remote, distributed teams
