📋 Description

• We are looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join our team! • The Director of Marketing Operations will be a critical leader responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the marketing technology stack and processes across Builders Capital's diverse business lines. • This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into efficient and scalable operational workflows. • You will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, driving marketing automation, enabling effective reporting, and maximizing the ROI of our marketing investments. • Builders Capital is the nation's leading private construction lender, providing innovative financing solutions to professional homebuilders. • We are committed to empowering our clients with the capital and expertise they need to succeed in the dynamic residential construction market. • Develop and execute the overall marketing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and business objectives across all business lines. • Evaluate, select, implement, and manage marketing technology platforms and integrations, with a primary focus on HubSpot as the central marketing automation platform. • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities and best practices within HubSpot. • Oversee the integration of HubSpot with other critical business systems (e.g., sales enablement tools). • Serve as the primary marketing administrator for the HubSpot platform, managing user access, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene. • Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads, segment audiences, and personalize communications across various business lines. • Develop and manage HubSpot email templates, landing pages, forms, and other marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and optimal performance. • Implement and manage HubSpot reporting and analytics dashboards to provide insights into campaign performance, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness. • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features and updates, proactively identifying opportunities for leveraging new functionalities. • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within HubSpot and integrated systems. • Develop and maintain data segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized marketing campaigns. • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and insights to inform strategic decisions across all business lines. • Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards on key marketing metrics to stakeholders. • Implement and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. • Develop and maintain Google Analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights into website and campaign performance. • Define, document, and implement efficient marketing processes and workflows across all business lines. • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in marketing operations to improve efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that streamline their workflows. • Design and manage the lead lifecycle within HubSpot, ensuring effective lead routing, scoring, and nurturing processes across different business lines. • Collaborate with sales operations to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales efforts. • Continuously analyze and optimize the lead management process to improve conversion rates. • Ensure marketing operations activities comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Implement and maintain appropriate data security measures within marketing systems. • Lead and mentor high-performing marketing operations professionals. • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. • Work closely with marketing managers across different business lines, as well as sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams. • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies related to marketing technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a significant portion dedicated to managing and optimizing the HubSpot platform. • Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub (required), with strong knowledge of Sales Hub preferred. • Strong expertise within the Microsoft suite. • Strong expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. • Proven ability to build and manage complex marketing automation workflows in HubSpot. • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, reporting, and data management best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different business lines. • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Webflow, Zapier and Tableau preferred. • Experience integrating HubSpot with other marketing and business systems.
