📋 Description
• Own creative strategy for Social Casino accounts across Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels • Generate concepts and briefs for UGC, influencer, Motion Graphics, and Playable content that convert • Lead and mentor a team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors • Write scripts and shape storyboards for video content • Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data
🎯 Requirements
• Proven creative strategy experience at a performance-driven agency or in-house team with measurable results • Deep UGC and influencer expertise • Strong scriptwriting skills and comfort shaping video content from concept to final cut • Data fluency in CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves • Team leadership experience
