📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of multiple concurrent large-scale client software implementation projects • Establish project governance and structure • Assess complex, ambiguous, and high-risk projects and create executable project plans • Own project status and success, driving problems to resolution • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues • Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability • Manage client and vendor relationships and serve as primary contact for project status, expectations, and issue resolution • Oversee project budgets, hours, expenses, forecasting, and reporting • Apply and improve Bullhorn’s PMO processes and project management methodologies • Mentor and guide junior project managers or implementation specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive experience managing complex, external client-facing software implementation projects • Significant focus on ERP, HCM, CRM, or large-scale SaaS solutions with billable utilization targets • Proven track record delivering highly complex and ambiguous projects • Expertise defining and managing project scope, schedules, and budgets for large enterprise clients • Mastery of Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid project management methodologies • Understanding of the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, integration, testing (UAT), and go-live • Proficiency with Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, and resource management systems • PMP, CSM, or equivalent highly preferred
