âą Troubleshooting and collaborating cross-functional teams to resolve highly complex software and technical issues âą Consulting with clients directly to target root cause and drive timely resolution âą Taking ownership of identified technical issues, finding the root cause and resolving issues at their core âą Qualifying and determining priority for development issues, communicating business impact to Product Management and Development teams for appropriate triage of high impact issues âą Assisting with communication and testing for scheduled maintenances on application infrastructure, feature releases, and major application impacting events âą Owning issues and escalating as necessary; driving resolution with speed and agility to match the urgency of the customer
âą Minimum 2 years working complex cases âą Comfortable using and validating generative AI tools to research issues, accelerate troubleshooting and improve productivity âą Experience with REST API frameworks âą 1+ years experience with SQL and relational databases âą An understanding of email technology (SMTP, iMail, LDAP etc.), and networking and internet connectivity âą A creative and curious mind âą Excellent attention to detail, listening and research skills âą A knack for accurate and speedy documentation âą The ability to empathize with customers and convey confidence âą Bonus points for: Prompt Engineering Experience. âą B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, IS, or Mathematics âą Experience with ELK Query Language Programming experience
