📋 Description

• Planning, preparation and coordination of rollouts for complex devices with high security requirements • Act as primary point of contact for customers and employees and work closely with internal service teams • Proactively communicate status updates and delays • Maintain rollout documentation and ongoing quality management • Design and optimize rollout processes • Collaborate closely with and support the Service Desk

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration or information technology, or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist) • Professional experience in IT rollout management (hardware-focused) / IT coordination and broad IT knowledge • Experience in a Service Desk / 1st-level support environment • Ideally experience in the public sector • Customer- and service-oriented with strong communication skills in internal and external interactions • Strong organizational skills, technical affinity, and ability to work independently • Class B driving licence (car)
