📋 Description

• Acquisition of new clients and projects, including cold calling • Responsible for the overall development of sales strategies and their professional coordination within the team and with other departments • Operational business development, client acquisition and order generation with coordination of internal and external stakeholders • Selling complex, technically sophisticated and consultative solutions, products and services • Managing and expanding existing client relationships • Independently organizing and participating in trade shows, client events and sales events • Leading contract negotiations with sales and project partners and negotiating with clients with a strong focus on closing deals

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree, e.g., in STEM fields, economics or comparable disciplines • Several years of experience in selling complex, high-volume solutions, products or services, or in consulting as well as in building new business • Cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary knowledge, ideally in the areas of Cloud, Software/Apps, Data Analysis, VS-NfD (classified / For Official Use Only) • Analytical and strategic approach as well as strong communication and moderation skills • Negotiation skills and a results-oriented, deal-closing work style • Cost-conscious approach and responsible use of resources • Excellent English language skills
