📋 Description

• Structured elicitation of customer requirements from business stakeholders for IT infrastructure (including design and execution of surveys/assessments, interviews, workshops, and analyses) • Participation in developing functional and technical solution proposals (functional/architecture/security) • Preparation of and editorial responsibility for functional specifications and service descriptions, as well as participation in procurement procedures • Ensuring targeted communication and close collaboration with business units, end users, and all involved stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or completed technical vocational training, or several years of professional experience in the specified area • Relevant experience in requirements management for IT infrastructure, including proficiency with requirements management tools such as Jira, DOORS, etc. • Knowledge of standards and methods in requirements management (e.g., IREB, Agile) and ideally standards used in the public sector • Experience with the conditions, structures, and processes in the public administration environment is an advantage • Audience-appropriate communication and presentation skills • Independent and goal-oriented working style, analytical thinking, willingness to take responsibility, and a team-oriented, approachable manner
