📋 Description

• Design, implementation, documentation, administration, operation, support, tracking and monitoring of complex IT processes with a high degree of difficulty • Packaging and integration of software for deployments using Microsoft SCCM • Integration and configuration of Cisco routers and switches • Management and support of the test infrastructure • Developing solutions to optimize and automate operational workflows and systems • Assisting in the planning and deployment of IT systems • Project or subproject lead within the area of responsibility in coordination with other departments and units

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, or an equivalent qualification, plus practical experience in system integration • Extensive experience with the technologies and methods relevant to the area of responsibility • Very good knowledge of UNIX operating systems and familiarity with Microsoft back-office components • Knowledge of databases and/or Unified Communications is an advantage • Experience in developing concepts to optimize data center operations • Strong written communication skills for presenting complex technical subjects (e.g., operations manuals)
