📋 Description

• Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds • Digital wound documentation • Counseling, care and instruction for patients and their relatives • Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment • Ensuring prescription and supply management • Maintaining and expanding the existing client base • Compliance with statutory regulations and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse, pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, or certified nursing professional • Professional experience in wound care advantageous but not required • Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patients’ needs • Reliable and responsible working style • Valid Class B driver’s license
