📋 Description

• Technical and commercial overall responsibility for complex mechanical engineering development projects for personalization machines • Planning, coordinating and managing projects with regard to schedule, budget and quality • Identifying, assessing and managing project risks and developing appropriate mitigation measures • Monitoring project progress, tracking internal work packages and managing external suppliers • Point of contact for hardware and software architecture and close collaboration with the development teams • Forming and leading cross-disciplinary project teams • Preparing and maintaining project documentation and regularly reporting on project status

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent) • Proven professional experience in managing development projects in plant and mechanical engineering • Deep understanding of processes in mechanical and electrical design as well as software development, assembly and commissioning • Proficiency in common project management methods • Solid knowledge of risk and requirements management • Ability to analyze and evaluate technical challenges and assess the technical architecture • Independent, structured and methodical working style • German language skills at least at C1 level and confident use in technical and business contexts • Willingness to travel for occasional business trips
