• Take on support and operationally relevant tasks during development (service concept, operations concept, transition) • Responsibility for support and operation of a product or product increments (Service Operation) according to agreed SLAs, KPIs and operational requirements • Actively shape service-related agreements in contracts (including Service Level Agreements, service descriptions) • Manage the service transition into operation for support and operations scope • Interface and escalation point for customers and other product stakeholders during the operational phase • Coordinate service-delivering departments and other internal and external partners during operation • Identify trends and leverage optimization potential in service delivery as well as develop solutions for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction • Define, produce and regularly present metrics and reports to ensure agreed service levels and quality for customers and internal stakeholders
• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Engineering or a comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position with focus on Service Design, Service Delivery Management and Transition • Relevant technical knowledge in supporting and operating complex web applications including the necessary system environments (cloud, on-prem) • Very good knowledge of common ITIL standards, preferably ITIL Expert qualification • Solid practical experience in process management and process optimization as well as initial experience in project management and/or common software development methodologies (agile methods and waterfall) • German language skills at least at C1 level, good English skills
