📋 Description

• Make powerful technology feel beautifully simple • Shape the experience of products used by developers around the world • Work closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex product problems • Own the UX journey from early product ideas through polished developer experiences • Build systems and design patterns that help UX scale across bunny.net • Prototype, experiment, and explore with AI and modern design tools • Lead and set standards for qualitative and quantitative user research • Define personas that guide design decisions • Talk to customers regularly and incorporate their feedback • Facilitate design workshops and reviews to clarify complex product decisions • Raise standards for usability, accessibility, and thoughtful product design • Mentor designers, share knowledge, provide feedback, and lead by example • Help build design culture and practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role • Experience designing cloud infrastructure and/or products for developers • Confidence designing for technical users, especially developers • Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research • Ability to turn technical complexity into intuitive experiences • Systems-thinking ability to determine when to solve a problem once versus create a scalable pattern • Ability to work strategically while diving into relevant details • Collaborative ability to work closely with engineers and balance user needs with technical realities • Clear communication and confidence explaining design thinking to engineers and leadership • Curiosity about AI and modern tools, with a desire to improve product design and development processes • Strong attention to detail focused on fast, simple, and effortless product experiences • Experience with design systems, component libraries, or design tokens is an advantage • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Angular is an advantage • Experience designing APIs, cloud platforms, infrastructure, security, or other developer tools is an advantage • Experience using AI to accelerate research, prototyping, or product design is an advantage • Experience mentoring designers or scaling design practices is an advantage • Must be located in Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours
