📋 Description

• Business development and commercial management • Participate in strategic events (trade shows, forums, activations) • Co-develop revenue forecasts • Monitor budgetary and financial aspects of the activity • Prepare quotes and identify upsell opportunities • Contribute to the implementation of the strategic plan • Ensure high-quality client relationship management throughout projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an agency or creative environment (min. 3–4 years) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to bring teams together and organize effectively • Comfortable working on strategic, commercial and operational topics • Delivery-focused, consultative and agile mindset • Strong client relationship skills and a commitment to high-quality work
