📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end mandates: client prospecting, client briefing, sourcing, screening/qualification, presenting shortlists and supporting candidates through onboarding. • Target and place legal profiles: General Counsels, Legal Directors/Heads of Legal, corporate lawyers (commercial law), employment law specialists, contract law experts, real estate law specialists, compliance/GDPR lawyers, litigation lawyers, and law firm professionals. • Develop your client pipeline • Collaborate with the collective: lead sharing, possible co-delivery, and sharing best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (3–8+ years) recruiting legal profiles • Strong network of legal candidates and the ability to approach and engage clients • Autonomy, a strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation • Professional French & English (required for international clients)
