📋 Description

• Develop your client portfolio (prospecting, networking, referrals…) • Identify recruitment needs with companies (Industry / Construction) • Write and publish job advertisements • Source, screen and select the best candidates • Support candidates throughout the process • Advise clients on their recruitment strategies • Maintain regular follow-up and foster long-term partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, ideally for technical or hard-to-fill roles • Strong aptitude for business development • Entrepreneurial mindset and autonomy • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Specialization or experience in the Industry and/or Construction sectors (Nice to have) • Existing client portfolio or active network (Nice to have) • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards…) (Nice to have) • Experience in an agency or as a freelancer (Nice to have)
